Strive to give 110% and do not accept less than 90% from your collaborators.
The most important resource that you have is your team (your people) and the communication between them.
The time spend to create templates, standards and process mapping will always have a high return of investment.
Give yourself time to get a hold of the legal framework
Formal training in project management will make BIM framework implementation easier

Before you start implementing BIM, make sure you have the support of your team, management and colleagues!
To implement BIM in your company, it is best to have formal BIM training! Train your people! A consultant is also a good choice!
Before you pay for the most expensive course, make sure you know about the free resources!
Identify the problem then find the technology to help you solve it! Technology should work for you!
