The first multiplier event in Italy for the IBIMD project had a well-structured agenda, beginning with an introduction to the IBIMD project by Prof. Ing. R. Landolfo from Università Degli Studi Federico II di Napoli. This presentation provided an overview of the project's objectives, scope, and expected outcomes, setting the stage for the subsequent discussions and presentations.

Following the introduction, Guido De Martino delivered a presentation on "BIM: Integral and Coordinated Design." This session focused on the practical applications of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in achieving integrated and coordinated design processes in the construction industry. De Martino's insights highlighted how BIM can enhance efficiency, collaboration, and accuracy in construction projects, offering attendees a concrete understanding of BIM's benefits and implementation strategies.

The event concluded with a discussion session, allowing participants to engage with the presenters, ask questions, and share their own experiences and perspectives on BIM and digitalization in construction. This interactive segment was crucial for gathering feedback and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among attendees.

The multiplier event effectively supported the sharing and dissemination of the IBIMD project's results by providing a platform for knowledge exchange and discussion. The detailed presentations on the project's goals and BIM applications gave attendees a clear understanding of the project's achievements and potential impact on the construction industry.

The target audience for the event included academic professionals, industry experts, and practitioners in the AEC sector, as well as stakeholders interested in the digital transformation of construction. Their participation ensured a diverse and knowledgeable audience, capable of providing valuable feedback and fostering meaningful discussions.

The outcomes of the event were highly positive. Participants left with a deeper understanding of the IBIMD project's goals and the practical benefits of BIM. The event also facilitated the strengthening of relationships between academia and industry, promoting collaborative efforts to advance digitalization in construction. The feedback gathered during the discussion session will be instrumental in refining the IBIMD project’s curriculum and implementation strategies.

There were no significant deviations from the planned agenda. All scheduled segments were executed as intended, ensuring a smooth and productive event that successfully met its objectives of dissemination and feedback collection. This successful execution highlights the event's role in promoting the IBIMD project's achievements and supporting the ongoing efforts to integrate BIM and digitalization into the construction industry.
